As standard, brandcentrix comes complete with integrated proofing and downloading functionality. Any user can view a proof of artwork on the system before deciding if they want to download it for future use.
Once artwork is selected to proof, brandcentrix creates and presents a low resolution PDF, stamped with the word PROOF. The proof is presented in an Adobe Acrobat Reader frame, which incorporates standard PDF viewing tools.
Having viewed a proof a user can:

Download and save the proof off-line

Print the proof

Return to the main interface and edit the document if they have the proper permissions.

Download a high resolution PDF – with or without bleed.
Once a high resolution PDF is downloaded it can then be used for external or internal printing, distribution by email, or publication on websites, intranets or extranets.
